Mini pies are super easy to make when you use puff pastry as your pie
 crusts! Simply buy a box of puff pastry (usually located in the freezer
 section of grocery stores), a can of peach pie filling and sprinkle in a
 little cinnamon to add some extra flavor. If you use a cupcake liner as
 your guide when cutting out your pie crusts and a pizza cutter to make 
thin strips out of the excess dough-then you can create these mini peach
 pies in a snap! It seriously only took us 10 minutes to make, 20
